Putting Fans First: Redesigning the NFL CTV App

Prioritizing the fan experience, I led the redesign of the NFL CTV app. The 2019 launch marked a significant step forward, introducing a modern and intuitive design. By continuously gathering user feedback and analyzing usage data, we were able to identify opportunities for optimization. The 2020 season saw substantial improvements to navigation and content discovery, ensuring fans could effortlessly find the content they love.
